Terms of service

All of our items are made to order based, if you are unsure of your size please refer to the sizing charts provided on the site. Since we make custom clothing we are unable to accept returns since we do not carry stock items. 

Items are handmade in my home sewing studio in Northern Ontario. We have our fabric custom printed for us and sizing may vary from the mockup shown when ordering since we offer a wide range of sizing. Mock ups are provided to show you what the item may look like when completed. 

To keep all your handmade items looking at their best we recommend you wash on delicate and hang to dry. We do pre-wash and pre-shrink all of our fabric before the items are made in scent free detergent and fabric softener. Even with pre-washing and pre-shrinking colours may run if left sitting in water or may shrink more if put through high heat when washing and drying. 

Pre-orders and made to order items have a turn around time of 5-7 weeks. Please keep this in mind when selecting sizing for your items. If your child experiences a growth spurt please reach out to us and we will be more than happy to change the size on your pre-order anytime before we start processing your order. Once the item is cut we will not be able to change the size.
